Service Description

A consultation is for any client looking for a custom landscape or for DIY. You must first have had a discovery call. A consultation is critical to the design process. $200 of your consultation fee may be credited towards your future installation. This is for properties up to 1/4 acre. Pricing is per 1/4 acre. If you have more than 1/4 acre you will be billed for additional time at the end of your consultation. There is a 14 day turnaround time on all consultation information. Your consultation includes: On-site visit up to 2 hours. Over 2 hours will be billed at $65hr. Site analysis and report to include. Hand drawn site map, micro climate identification, water & irrigation analysis, zone use identification, soil structure analysis. Existing vegetation analysis. Hand-drawn (not to scale) initial layout and planting plan. Customized plant selection packet. We will identify the best plants for your landscape based on the information gathered and your personal preferences. Your packet will provide detailed information about the plants selected along with images of each plant and will be laid out by planting zone for easy knowledge. Note: Estimate not included. Estimates can be scheduled. Estimates are an additional $199 which can be credited towards your installation. Large scale and or more complex projects may require further design refinement with cad. Cancellation: You must cancel with no less than 72 business hours notice. All cancellations will be subject to a $60 transaction fee.

Discovery Call - Please reschedule at any time. Any services requiring a fee must be cancelled with no less than 72 hours notice to receive a refund. You may reschedule without incurring a second charge.
