Refunds & Cancellations

Consultation:

Clients must provide 2 business days' notice for a full refund on their consultation service. If client cancels within less than 2 business days of their consultation up to a 50% refund only will apply. There will be no refunds offered for services rendered.  Clients may request a rescheduling with at least a 24 hour notice.  If less than 24 hours notice a $55 rescheduling fee may apply.  You may cancel or reschedule by contacting info@livingsystemslandscaping.com

Landscape Design Services:

You may cancel your landscape design service within 24 hours of signing and or agreeing to a landscape design.  If more than 24 hours has passed you Landscape design services are non-refundable.  Living Systems Landscaping reserves the right to collect the entirety of the total agreed upon cost of landscaping services whether completed or not. 

You may reschedule design services for a future date at any time if services have not yet been rendered.  If you signed a contract, see contract for more details

Installation Services:

Installation services require 3 business days for cancellation and full refund of deposit (5 days if over -65). If you cancel within less than 3 business days your deposit will be retained.  You may reschedule with no fee up to 3 business day notice. Any rescheduling with less a than 3 business day notice will incur a 5% fee of total project cost.  You may cancel or reschedule by contacting info@livingsystemslandscaping.com
