Living Systems Landscaping does not warranty any plant installations.  If you have plants that have died you may be able to return them to the nursery where they were purchases for a replacement or refund. There are many factors that may affect plant health from disease to acts of nature, watering and so forth.

Living Systems Landscaping warranties all planted trees of 15 gallon size or larger for 90 days from date of delivery to planting site. Living Systems Landscaping does not warranty any trees that have been damaged due to disease, acts of nature, clients failure to properly water etc. 

Living Systems Landscaping warranties all irrigation system components for 90 days from time of installation. This does not include any pre-existing portions of your irrigation system. 

Living Systems Landscaping does not warranty hardscape installation.  Due to the nature of manufactured and natural materials cracking may occur and is outside of our control.  We do not warranty hardscape damage that may have occurred from ground heaving, settling, water and other acts of nature. We may at our own discretion make repairs in certain situations.
